Requirements:

• Certified copy of Birth Certificate for both the Jamaican National and the applicant (spouse)
• Certified copy of Passport of the Jamaican National and the applicant (spouse)
• Certified copy of Marriage Certificate
• Recent (at most 6 months old) Police Record of the Applicant
• Two certified passport size photographs of the Applicant
• Completed application R1 Form (obtainable at the Consulate or from here)
• Letter to the Minister of National security and Justice requesting registration as a Citizen of Jamaica
• Employment letter stating current income
• Recent Bank Statements
